1、论国际商务研究中的动态内生性
当研究的自变量当前值受到因变量过去值的影响时就会发生动态内生性,这会导致有偏估计。我们对《国际商务研究杂志》上发表的80篇实证论文进行分析，发现了恰当处理动态内生性的案例。我们的模拟揭示了固定效应估计中，导致产生偏差的因素,并指出了系统广义矩估计的优缺点。我们通过经理人和董事会成员的国际经验对公司国际化影响的实证研究，来证明我们的观点。我们展示了使用固定效应估计而不是广义矩估计如何导致回归结果的差异。我们还演示如何正确使用广义矩估计。
Dynamicendogeneityoccurswhenthecurrentvaluesofastudy’sindependentvariablesareaffectedbythepastvaluesofthedependentvariables,whichcanleadtobiasedestimates.Ouranalysisof80empiricalpaperspublishedintheJournalofInternationalBusinessStudiesuncoverscasesofinappropriatetreatmentofdynamicendogeneity.Oursimulationsrevealfactorsthatleadtobiasinafixedeffectsestimatorandhighlighttheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthesystemgeneralizedmethodofmomentsestimator.Wedemonstrateourpointswithanempiricalstudyoftheimpactoftheinternationalexperienceofmanagersandboardmembersonfirminternationalization.Weshowhowusingafixedeffectsestimatorratherthanageneralizedmethodofmomentsestimatorcanleadtodifferencesinregressionresults.Wealsoshowtheproperuseofageneralizedmethodofmomentsestimator.
